The Delhi High Court directed the Ministry of External Affairs to help actress Celina Jaitly talk to her brother, Major Vikrant Jaitly (retired), who is detained in the UAE. "I think today's judgement will really help in bringing him back," Celina said after the court's order. The court was hearing Celina's petition seeking consular access to her brother.
