A 21-year-old man died after he allegedly blew himself up with a gelatin stick in front of his girlfriend's house after her family rejected his marriage proposal in Karnataka's Mandya. Police said the man was in a relationship with the minor girl and was last year booked under POCSO after he eloped with the girl.
