Punjab BJP chief Sunil Jakhar has clarified that the "confusion" over Centre's Bill on Chandigarh "will be resolved", after the Bill's proposals sparked a political row. "Chandigarh is an integral part of Punjab...for us (Punjab BJP), Punjab always comes first," said Jakhar. State CM Bhagwant Mann has called the Bill a 'conspiracy' to "snatch Punjab's capital".
