Mumbai-based speech analytics startup GreyLabs AI has raised ₹85 crore in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Elevation Capital and also saw participation from existing investor Z47 and other angel investors. The company plans to use funds to expand its platform into an AI-powered contact centre stack and grow its client base to over 300 organisations.
