Christian Brueckner, a 49-year-old German man who is the prime suspect in the disappearance of three-year-old British girl Madeleine McCann from Portugal in 2007, has refused an interview with the British police. Brueckner, who will be released from prison in Germany this month, was first named as a suspect by the British and German police in 2020.
