Mehraj Malik, AAP's lone MLA in Jammu and Kashmir, booked under the Public Safety Act (PSA) last week, had 18 cases and multiple police reports for alleged offensive remarks and threats against officials and political opponents. A 33-page PSA dossier accuses him of using Facebook to attack opponents, spread false information, and intimidate those opposing his "illegal demands".
