The first image of Jasir Bilal Wani, who was arrested by National Investigation Agency (NIA) in connection to the Red Fort car blast, has surfaced online. Wani is a close aide of terrorist Dr Umar Nabi, who was reportedly identified as the driver of the car that exploded on November 10. Jasir allegedly provided crucial technical support for the operation.
