Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar will contest upcoming Assembly polls from Baramati seat, NCP national working president Praful Patel announced on Tuesday. "I officially declare that our party chief will be the candidate from Baramati. This is the first seat I am announcing," Patel said. Last month, Ajit Pawar had indicated that he may not contest the polls from Baramati.
