Foreign ministers of Australia, Britain and various European countries condemned Israel's E1 settlement project in West Bank that would divide the territory into two parts. "This plan makes a two-state solution impossible...and restricts Palestinian access to Jerusalem," the ministers said. Under the project around 3,400 housing units will be built between Jerusalem and Ma'ale Adumim in West Bank.
