A woman filed a police complaint after the driver of the cab that she booked masturbated while staring at her through the rear-view mirror in Pune. The woman, a software engineer, stepped out of the cab when it stopped at a traffic junction. Police have arrested the 20-year-old cab driver who belongs to Uttar Pradesh's Unnao.
