Taliban-ruled Afghanistan issued a strong warning to Pakistan accusing it of 'obstructing progress and acting irresponsibly' after peace talks ended in a deadlock. Afghanistan Minister Noorullah Noori said if war breaks out, "both elders and youth of Afghanistan will rise to fight". Taliban alleged elements in Pakistani military and intelligence services are deliberately sabotaging dialogue.
