Union Minister Piyush Goyal and his Israeli counterpart Nir Barkat signed the Terms of Reference (ToR) for a proposed Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between India and Israel. Goyal said, "The first step to initiate the discussions on FTA...has been taken today." "There will be a good Agreement for bilateral trade, and extensive new opportunities will be thrown open," Goyal added.
