The Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Borivali has issued a non-bailable warrant against office bearers of Kapol Vidyanidhi International School after they repeatedly failed to appear before the court in a case filed by parents and registered by Kandivali Police against Principal Dr Reshma Hegde, and Heads of Department Toral Shah and Susham Kumar.
