Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem on Sunday said the group won't lay down its weapons or surrender unless Israel withdraws from all of southern Lebanon and halts its airstrikes. His statement comes ahead of US envoy Tom Barrack's expected visit to Lebanon to discuss a proposed plan for Hezbollah's disarmament and the withdrawal of Israeli forces from southern Lebanon.
