Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju said on Thursday that whenever Congress leader Rahul Gandhi speaks, it always affects Congress and the country in a negative manner. Rijiju's remarks came after a Surat court convicted Rahul in a criminal defamation case over his alleged 'Modi surname' remark and sentenced him to two years in jail. Rahul was later granted bail.
