Bihar BJP president Dilip Jaiswal said a censure motion will be passed at the party's state executive meeting against RJD president Lalu Yadav for disrespecting Babasaheb Ambedkar. Nearly 1,200 leaders, including Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, will attend the meeting on Wednesday. A video clip from Lalu's 78th birthday showed a portrait of Ambedkar kept close to his feet.
