Bihar Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary on Thursday alleged that RJD named Tejashwi Yadav as Bihar's chief ministerial face by using hooliganism and by torturing Congress and other parties. He added, "Now his (RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav) son...a registered criminal...is envisioning himself as CM...and this is a shameful day for democracy." Bihar will go to the polls in November.
