Saif Ali Khan and his family's ancestral properties worth ₹15,000 crore could be seized by government under Enemy Property Act, 1968. It allows Centre to claim properties owned by individuals who migrated to Pakistan post-Partition. Abida Sultan, sister of Saif Ali Khan's grandmother Sajida, went to Pakistan in 1950. Sajida became the properties' legal heir and Saif inherited a share.
