US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the deal with Hamas to secure release of Israeli hostages is "90% done". He added that Hamas has agreed "in principle" to plan for the aftermath of the end of Gaza war with Israel. "A lot can happen wrong, but so much could happen right if we can get this done," he added.
