Dan McGrath, the Emmy-winning writer known for his work on 'The Simpsons', has died at 61 after suffering a stroke on November 14. McGrath earned an Emmy nomination in 1992 for 'Saturday Night Live' and later won the award for the 1997 Simpsons episode 'Homer’s Phobia', widely regarded as one of the show’s landmark episodes.
