The Supreme Court has dismissed Gujarat government's plea seeking to expunge certain remarks made against the state over the premature release of the 11 convicts in the Bilkis Bano case. The court said there was no error in the judgement. Gujarat government had flagged the court's comment that it had "acted in tandem with the convicts".
