In Chhattisgarh's Bijapur, 103 Maoists, including 23 women, surrendered abandoning weapons valued at over ₹1 crore, officials said. The surrendered Maoists were each given a cheque of ₹50,000 as an incentive. Out of these, 49 Maoists carried a combined reward of over ₹1 crore on their heads. With this, total 410 Maoists have surrendered in district so far this year.
