The MP government, in its affidavit in the Supreme Court in the 27% OBC reservation case, said nearly 56% families in a survey admitted that when a so-called upper-caste person passes their house, they must stand as a sign of 'respect'. The affidavit also recommends a 35% reservation for OBCs in education and government jobs, NDTV reported.
