A man named Vishal Goldar killed his friend, Gautam Mandal, by mixing pesticide in his alcohol for stealing his girlfriend's number and chatting with her in UP's Lakhimpur Kheri. Mandal's body was discovered 500 metres from his village, 22 days after he was reported missing. Goldar had befriended an Uttarakhand girl on Facebook, whose number Mandal stole from his phone.
