Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) promoted more than 25,000 employees in the third quarter of FY25, Chief HR Officer Milind Lakkad said. The company elevated over 1.1 lakh employees, nearly 20% of its workforce, in the current financial year so far. TCS saw its workforce decline by 5,370 employees in Q3 after two consecutive quarters of headcount growth.
