2.3 lakh homes worth ₹3.8 lakh crore were sold during January-September in the top seven metro cities of Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, JLL reported. Bengaluru saw the highest number of home sales among them, with 51,512 houses being sold during the period. In terms of value, Delhi topped the list, with ₹1,21,927 crore home sales.
