Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol got $96 million (over ₹827 crore) for four months of work in 2024, one of US' biggest compensation packages. Stock awards constituted about 94% of his pay, with most of them being tied to performance. Starbucks also spent ₹62 lakh to repeatedly fly Niccol, who lives in California, to its Seattle headquarters, over 1,500 km away.
