Talking about President Donald Trump-led US government's new H-1B visa rules and fees, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said stakeholders have one month to comment. MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said "skilled talent mobility and exchanges" have contributed to technology development, innovation, wealth creation in both countries. India hopes "these factors receive due consideration", he added.
