Links have emerged between Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed's (JeM) founder Masood Azhar and the car bomb blast that killed 12 in Delhi, NDTV reported. Internationally proscribed terrorist Masood's sister Sadiya was given charge to launch a 'woman's wing' of JeM, NDTV reported. Notably, around 10 members of Azhar's family, including Sadiya's husband, were killed by India during Operation Sindoor.
