Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin said the state may face reduction in Lok Sabha seats because it implemented family planning programme. Tamil Nadu, which has 39 Lok Sabha seats, has been against any reduction in their numbers following delimitation. Stalin, in October last year, had asked people of the state to have more children.
