A Syrian refugee, Rafat, and his 11-month-old son were attacked with a corrosive substance by unidentified men in Delhi's Vikaspuri. The incident occurred on September 30, on road outside UNHCR office, where the family of three was living after Rafat lost his job at call centre. Describing the attack, he said, "My skin started to burn...I sensed a chemical smell."
