Perry, a miniature donkey that inspired the 'Donkey' character in the Shrek movies, has died at the age of 30 in US. Barron Park Donkeys, an animal park, announced Perry's death, saying, "He was a beloved member of our community and we know many people will be touched by his passing." Actor Eddie Murphy had voiced 'Donkey' in the films.
