Infosys CFO Jayesh Sanghrajka said the company plans to hire over 20,000 freshers in FY26. He added that Infosys is on track to reach its FY25 target of hiring around 15,000 freshers. The IT major added 5,591 employees in the third quarter. Rival IT major HCLTech also added 2,134 employees, while TCS's workforce declined by 5,370 employees.
