Noida Authority has initiated a public shaming campaign against defaulting group housing developers to recover thousands of crores in unpaid land dues, a TOI report stated. It has begun placing prominent boards outside residential projects where promoters have not cleared land dues. The first of these boards has reportedly appeared outside Lotus Panache, a project under insolvency proceedings.
