The mother of a 13-year-old, who died after being hit by a speeding Thar in Delhi, said he died hungry. "No food had been cooked that day, and Murshid was hungry...He came home [from school] and told me that he'd get samosas for everyone," she said. Murshid was hit while he was on the way to buy samosas.
