The Delhi government is set to reconstruct the over six-decade-old Delhi Fire Services (DFS) headquarters on Barakhamba Road. Delhi CM Rekha Gupta allocated ₹504 crore to DFS in March. A fire department official confirmed that PWD is working on the architectural drawings. "It will take six months to a year before the current building is demolished," added the official.
