Prime Minister Narendra Modi called Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday to wish him on his 73rd birthday and conveyed best wishes for good health and success in all his endeavours. He told Putin that he looks forward to welcoming him to India for the 23rd India-Russia Annual Summit. They also reaffirmed their commitment to further deepen the India-Russia partnership.
