EAM Dr S Jaishankar spoke about PM Narendra Modi's recent visits to Russia and Ukraine. Jaishankar said, "PM Modi is one of the few leaders who today has the ability to go to [Russia] and [Ukraine] and talk to the two leaders and see what are their common points." Notably, PM Modi visited Russia in July and Ukraine in August.
