The Supreme Court has granted an interim stay on a ₹123-crore GST notice issued to Baazi Games by the Directorate General of GST Intelligence (DGGI) in August. Baazi Games reportedly argued the notice was issued despite the larger GST issue being sub-judice. In August, the court reserved its judgment in the ₹2.5 lakh crore online gaming GST case.
