External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar met Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Tuesday during a meeting of heads of SCO delegations. The meeting took place ahead of the upcoming annual India-Russia Summit, scheduled for early December, which Putin is expected to attend. “Discussed regional and global developments,” Jaishankar said on X about the meeting.
