Sir J J Marg Police arrested Rubina Irshad Shaikh, a 21-year-old Bangladeshi undertrial woman, who escaped from JJ Hospital. Rubina, who was in custody for offences registered at Vashi police station, escaped from the hospital on August 14. According to a police official, CCTV footage helped police trace her movements and she was arrested from Ghansoli after a four-day manhunt.
