As per Global Talent Barometer 2025 survey, 93% of Indian workers are confident in their skills and ability to use latest tech in their industry. However, only 65% are satisfied with their jobs and 54% feel they have job security. Out of all the countries included in the survey, India and Singapore ranked the lowest for job security and satisfaction.
