Former President Pranab Mukherjee's daughter Sharmistha Mukherjee has criticised Rahul Gandhi, questioning his decision to take a New Year's trip to Vietnam shortly after death of former PM Dr Manmohan Singh. "Why couldn't you wait?...Sky wouldn't have fallen," said Sharmistha. She also questioned the absence of senior Congress leaders during the collection of Singh's remains after his cremation.
