CEC Gyanesh Kumar addressed the media on Sunday, days after Congress leader Rahul Gandhi levelled allegations of "vote theft". Kumar said that at a time when voters are being targeted by keeping a gun on the EC's shoulders, it must be clarified that the top polling body is not scared and stands like a mountain with all voters.
