Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap called film producers "cheap imitators" and spoke about how they'd start making rip-offs of the Malayalam film 'Lokah' after its success. He said, "South filmmakers have conviction, Hindi producers don't; they're cheap imitators." He added, "Look at how well 'Lokah' is doing...Just wait and watch, they'll make 10 'Lokah' rip-offs now."
