At least five people were killed after a house collapsed with an explosion under the Pura Kalandar police station area in Uttar Pradesh's Ayodhya on Thursday evening, police confirmed. Although the exact cause of the blast is being ascertained, District Magistrate Nikhil Tikaram Funde said it is prima facie a cooker or gas explosion in the kitchen.
