A 49-year-old Indian-origin woman was shot dead by Zaedan Mack Hill (21) during a robbery attempt in US. The incident took place on September 16 when Hill approached Kiran Patel at a gas station-cum-convenience store and shot her before she could hand over any cash. Hill fled the scene after shooting but returned to fire another shot at her body.
