The BCCI has shifted the Super League phase and final of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (SMAT) from Indore to Pune due to logistical issues. PTI reported that the MPCA requested the move, citing a shortage of hotel rooms, with eight teams, support staff and broadcast crews needing accommodation. The shortage was reportedly due to weddings and a doctors' conference.
