Delhi CM Rekha Gupta said people have realised that Delhi won’t grow until there’s a double-engine government. "For the first time, there’s a positive vibe where the Centre, State and municipal corporation are working together with a common goal," CM Gupta said. "Previous governments only focused on fighting…with the Lieutenant Governor, the PM, the administration, courts [and] police," she added.
