ISKCON Kolkata spokesperson Radharamn Das has claimed that Ramen Roy, who defended the arrested Hindu monk Chinmoy Das in Bangladesh, was attacked. "Islamists ransacked his home and brutally attacked him, leaving him in the ICU, fighting for his life," Das said in an X post. The ISKCON spokesperson also said Roy's only "fault" was defending Chinmoy Das.
