The NCLT has ordered the removal of Pankaj Srivastava as the resolution professional (RP) of BYJU'S and called for an investigation and disciplinary proceedings against him. The tribunal found his conduct was not fit and proper. It further set aside the RP's decision to exclude US-based Glas Trust and Aditya Birla Finance from the Committee of Creditors (CoC).
